WRAP-ONLY OPTION
For customers who would prefer that we do the wrapping for you: you will still need to purchase the kit, which includes the instructional manual. You would also be responsible for paying any shipping fees to get the cast back to your home, if necessary, as well as any travel expenses for MyTwin Staff. Please contact us prior to finalizing your purchase to discuss travel arrangements.

If you need more help than just the wrapping but still want to do most of the work yourself, we can work with you to create a custom pricing arrangement for the services you need. Or if you have several friends who also want a form, we can arrange a group appointment, with some of the costs split among the participants. Travel expenses may apply. Please contact us to discuss options and pricing.
CUSTOM FORMS
To purchase a custom form, please contact us directly. Travel arrangements may need to be made prior to finalizing the sale. A 50% deposit is required at the wrap appointment, with the balance due prior to shipping of the completed form.
